Please be aware that the nightly build is linked against subversion 1.7. There is a new working copy format in that version that is not backwards compatible. You will have to update the working copies you want to access, or create new ones. If you chose to downgrade to an older TortoiseSVN build at a later time the upgraded working copies will not work with the older version.
