Found solution. I am using newest TSVN,but I had to set Advanced->IncludeExternals(false). This permanently (at least so far) fixed ignoring local mods to props.

I think these Advanced settings could use bit more documenting. Or at least mention new in log. (So one would know about them)

Anyway thanks for this option.
