Old versions of TortoiseSVN cause explorer.exe to leak handles and that is a severe problem

Hey.

The problem that is solved by http://code.google.com/p/tortoisesvn/source/detail?r=20545 is a rather severe one - after a computer runs for a week or two explorer.exe consumes all available handles and this causes other programs to malfunction nastily. This I guess affects all users. Could you please consider merging it into the next official release?
