Well I couldn't create the tag yet since svn created its tag *after*
the release. The reason being that this was a security release, so I
had to build it before the official announcement (and also before I
could create the tag) to be ready when the announcement was made.

Next time, please don't wait until the last moment. Commit the stuff
when it's ready.
