Patch - suspicious code and closing an unopened key

Hey.

Attached is an untested patch that addresses two issues in TOverlays.

First, RegCloseKey() is called even if a key was not opened. Second, if a function for loading an overlay is called with a string that can't be converted to a GUID the overlay module is still loaded which doesn't make much sense.
