Actually, when I renamed TortoiseStub.dll to TortoiseStub32.dll context menu became is it should be.
What does it mean?
What dll should be used on Windows Server 2003 x64?
What keys should be in the registry? I am confused.
BTW, renaming is the solution in my case. ;)
