Crash during relocate

Hi Stefan,

I'm using the latest nightly (r20775) and getting a crash when trying
to relocate a working copy. We have a just added a domain name for our
svn server and I'm changing my WCs to use that instead of a locally
defined IP address. It didn't crash for all my WCs, but the ones that
crash do so every time. There is a crash report just gone out for
this, so maybe the debug symbols will still be there.
