LabView linkage problem

I'm a new user trying to get set up with my existing LabView projects.

I imported a few projects into the SVNRepository. When I check out a project and open it up in the development system, the project itself comes from the checked out project, however all the .vi's are linked in from my old folder which is not in the repository. How can I make the linkages connect with the repository?
