Commit failed error when committing to Google Code project

When I initiate a commit through the nightly build of TortoiseSVN, I get the
following error:

Command: Commit
Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: MKACTIVITY of '/svn/!svn/act/a56bacfa-396e-4e4d-8a6c-cd8b1898e91a':
405 Method
Error: Not Allowed (http://gmail-contact-formatter.googlecode.com)

Before this, however, a dialog pops up that says "Subversion encountered a
serious problem":

'C:\Users\kueng\nightlybuilds\latest\TOrtoiseSVN\ext\subversion\subversion\libsvn_ra_serf\commit.c'
line 2285: internal malfunction

What's going on?
