RE: Broken range in "Show log" from Update

Unless I botched it somewhere following patch should finally fix the issue.

I included there some post->prefix,unused variable (just assigned result of apr pool function but never checked or otherwise used) .

Second patch is for building with APR 1.4.2 .

Both are compile tested and Update+show log runtime tested as well.

Last note:TSVN can be compiled with Boost 1.45 , serf trunk and SQLite 3.7.4 with no changes.(AFAIK)
