thank you for your instruction options.

I followed the instructions as several of you proposed:
I created a branch of the last version of Project A and renamed it. So the new Project B owns the old name and all history entries.

Does the WC of Project A still find the renamed folder name in the repo? (This is for everybody, who checked out the Project A in the past with its origin folder name).
