Log dialog after "conflicts resolved" is modal

Hello *,

the log dialog after resolving an conflict is annoying, since this
dialog is for no obvious reason a modal dialog. I have to close the log
first, before I can continue to work with the Explorer window. In
contrast, all other log dialogs (e.g. when updating a working copy, or
commiting something to the repo) are always non-modal, which is perfect
for the user.

Is it possible to streamline that behavior and make the conflict
resolution log non-modal?
