Nightly: Repository browser crash with right click + Edit

Using a nightly build (TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 20594), I am experiencing
the following error message when right-clicking on a file in the right pane,
and selecting "Edit".

I know the message says to report it to the users_at_subversion list, but I'm
guessing they're response will be "try with the command-line client".
Unfortunately, I do not know what the corresponding command (or sequence of
commands) is. Is this even functionality that I can reproduce with the
command-line client?

Subversion Exception!
Subversion encountered a serious problem.
Please take the time to report this on the Subversion mailing list
with as much information as possible about what
you were trying to do.
But please first search the mailing list archives for the error message
to avoid reporting the same problem repeatedly.
You can find the mailing list archives at

In file
