We will never change existing menu entries or entries from other apps.
Just think about rule number one: "what happens if two apps would do it".

On trunk, you can set the DWORD registry entry
HKCU\Software\\TortoiseSVN\\ShellMenuAccelerators
to zero to make TSVN not use accelerators. Not sure if that's working on
the 1.6.x branch too.
