Thank you very much, but ... the only way to solve my problem (i have installed vc 2008sp1 vc 2010 and the problem persist) is to download an older version of subversion ... it work fine and permit me to work with it...I don't understand why i can't use the latest version, i've tried more possibilities and no one of this helped me to solve the question!
I've reinstalled the .NET framework, i've reinstalled visual c ++ i've reinstalled tortoise ad rebooted my machine milion time now ... and the results is only wasted time.
I'm so angry with myself and the Vista S.O.
