IESHIMS is not a problem. It's marked as delayloaded and not used by
TSVN. The same applies to IEFRAME.
So there's no dll missing and TSVN could run (or actually runs) ok. It
just doesn't show up in your context menu or shows overlay icons.

Is there anything on your computer that could block shell extensions
from working/registering?
