WinVx64 install issue

I tried to upgrade to 1.6.99.20520-dec-x64 from 1.6.11 (probably) on my
x64 Workstation.

I did:
1. uninstal of old version (x64, x86) and reboot
2. installed new version and reboot
3. repair install and reboot

I get:
  I still can not get context menu working.

Note:
  32 bit installed wont get run it writes that it can be run only on
x64. Is 32b version included in x64 installer ? I'm using total
commander for some tasks.
