Laborous task - volunteers wanted

Hi there,

I'm using TSVN /trunk on Win7 at the office for a couple of days now.
It seems that almost all dialogs have ill-defined client areas, e.g. the
semi-transparent border area extends over much more than just the
border.

Could someone look into this and fix the resources (assuming they
are the root cause)?
