If you read Stefans answer you get solution with 4 step solution - I
will not make such nice video, but hope it will be clear.

First I would like to fix your solution:
1. mark files
2. select Add and commit
3. write log message !
4. hit ok to commit change

Actual/Stefan solution is:
1. on upper directory select commit
2. Mark files for commit
  - I'm using version from trunk where short selection commands exists
(e.g. Check: non-versioned)
3. write log message
4. hit ok to commit change

From this point of view I don't see any real gain from your solution
over implemented one.

Oto

Note: never commit without log :)
TSVN have a nice feature minlogsize
