Add "SVN Quick Add and Commit"?

Hi there,

We've found during development that it's rather irritating to simply get
a file Added and then Committed.

Would it be possible to add an optional "Quick Add And Commit"?

If there could be a CTRL+SHIFT shortcut key as well, it would be wonderful!
