B is correct. I have corrected the docs in r20282.

Those specific strings can be translated. Obviously when they are used
you have to use the correct command and parameter names, which are
defined in English.

The docs translated into backwardish might read:

tsvncmd:command:dmc?retemarap:eulavmarap?retemarap:eulavmarap

g.e.

tsvncmd:command:update?path:c:\cw_ym?rev:4321
