It is not the case now - the first test performed by me by default is to
switch to a different screen reader with no result in this case. I should
say even more - I had a sighted assistance a couple of days ago - so all the
screen readers were totally disabled and a sighted assistant did everything
under my commands and oops the crash is still there.

No problem. the default one is JAWS which is located at the
www.freedomscientific.com. The direct link to download is:
ftp://ftp.freedomscientific.com/users/hj/private/WebFiles/JAWS/J10.0.1178-32bit.exe

I am still using this version for some internal language support reasons.

I still suspect some other reason for such a behaviour...

BTW, I can try to make a remote desktop session for you to try to do this
personally on my machine if this could help you to solve a problem.
