But did you use the branch/tag dialog? Or rename the file and then commit?
If the branch/tag dialog, did you branch from trunk to a subfolder on a
branch or the trunk too?

Oh, sorry forgot to mention that this happened in a folder under trunk
branch and I have used Branch/Tag from one file to another in the same
folder. Something like trunk/folder1/Keystrokes.txt to
trunk/folder1/Клавиатурные Команды.txt
