The way I read it, the translators list is intended to help those who
are co-operating on a translation, or for submitting translations.
Historically the doc source has always been discussed on the dev list.
That could be changed of course, so everything to do with the docs is
on one list, but then we should probably rename 'translators' to 'doc'
or something like that.

Again, I await Lübbe's input.
