Didn't realize that your repository is public.
I now checked out
http://subversion.assembla.com/svn/TC_Scripts/Trunk/Leonid/Main to
d:\development\SVN\SVNTests\Main.

Then I right-clicked on Main, choose "Merge". Then "Reintegrate a
branch", entered the url
http://subversion.assembla.com/svn/TC_Scripts/Trunk/Main and executed
the merge.

Apart from conflicts, the merge succeeded.

What version of TSVN are you using? Maybe your version still has a bug
in the svn lib (after all, it's under heavy development since we link
against the svn trunk now).
