That's just it, sometimes it won't refresh, even if I do an F5 on the folder.

I don't use network shares, but I do use a subst'ed drive (which is local). The subst'ed drive is listed in the "Icon Overlays|Include paths", so it should work, and of course, normally it does. But every so often, it'll just stop updating for no apparent reason and an F5 won't refresh it and I resort to killing TSVNCache.
