Hi.

Please, add date in addition to version number in the changelog. I would
like to read through the release log only for the updates since the last
version. I can't remember my previous version, but, however, I can remember
the last time I updated TortoiseSVN (before my summer vacation). So, instead
of:

*Version 1.6.11*

You could have:

*Version 1.6.11 on 2010-08-03*
