Nightlies crash on update

Hi!

I'm having problems with a number of the latest nightlies. TortoiseProc.exe crashes on big updates. A cleanup and re-execution of the update command (sometimes needed multiple times in a row) fixes the problem.

What more information can I provide to diagnose this problem?
