File size of installer

Hello

We are using Tortoise in the 32 and in the 64 Bit version. When I
download the last version and made it available for my team, I noticed
that the installer of the 32 Bit package is about 1.5 MB bigger than
the 64 bit installer. What is the reason for that?
I always had the experience, that 64 bit code is bigger than 32 bit
code.
