TortoiseSVN 1.6.10 released

Hi,

It is linked against the Subversion library version 1.6.12.

This is a bugfix/maintenance release and also fixes an issue which made
the previous version require at least XP with SP3. This version works
again on earlier OS versions, including Windows 2000.

Please note:
If you upgrade from an earlier version of TortoiseSVN, you have to run a
"repair install" right after the upgrade finishes. To do that, run the
installer again and click on the "Repair Installation" button.
