Not exactly: if you right-click on the version dir, the commands for
versioned folders are shown. If you right-click on the non-versioned
dir, the commands for non-versioned folders are shown.
That means: for multiple selections, the commands are shown for the one
you right-clicked on in the selection (and adjusted for multiple items).

It's way too expensive to get the status of all selected items.
