Clear status icon cache

Hi,

How do I clear or delete the status icon cache? It seems to quite often
go wrong and show outdated status icons. Is there a way I can force a
rescan? The commit dialog shows that there is nothing to be committed,
but the icons show that lots of files are still awaiting a commit.

I've tried killing the TSVNCache process and even rebooting, but this
has no effect.
