Suggestion: In "show log" dialog, the calculation of the current revision should be non-blocking

Hi all

It frequently happens to me that in the "show log" dialog the fetching
of the log entries is much faster (few seconds; progress bar ends up at
100%) than the calculation of the current revision of the working copy
(several 10 seconds). This is particularly the case for large working
copies and cold disk cache.

Therefore, I suggest that the log entries are immediately dispayed after
fetching the entries from the server, that the calculation of the
current version of the working copy happens in background and that the
highlighting of that version is done later on.
