Removed that statement. I thought that not all people were affected by
this since I wasn't on my two dev machines - don't know why though.
But when I fixed the keypath issue I had to do a repair install myself
so that's why I thought it would affect now really all people.

But maybe I was affected by the 1.6.8 update and just didn't notice it
because I often do several updates a day, sometimes twice in half an hour.

Yes. Any upgrade from pre-1.6.10 versions to version 1.6.10 and later
will require the repair.
