Tooltips for hyperlinks in Log Messages dialogs message text box

I would find it useful when hyperlinks in the "Log Messages" dialog would display a tooltip to show where to get forwarded to when I click that link.

For example a repository that feature bugtraq, where bug-id #123 points to some website, it would be nice to get the information where I will find myself when I click that #123 link.

Reproduce:
- find a repro with bugtraq and a commit with a bug-id
- select this entry in the "Log Messages" dialog
- move mouse over the link in the message text box
- wait a few seconds if a tooltip or similar appears that displays the link
