Oh, I'm sorry, I give you a wrong info, because I misunderstood your
question.
I guess you can use a standard command line client for Subversion, which you
can get from Collabnet
http://www.collab.net/downloads/subversion/
After installing you can enter "svn help co" and read how to use a checkout
from CLI.
