Need help installing

Hi,
I have downloaded SVN from your site and encountered an error while installing TortoiseSVN-1.6.8.19260-win32-svn-1.6.11.msi<http://downloads.sourceforge.net/tortoisesvn/TortoiseSVN-1.6.8.19260-win32-svn-1.6.11.msi?download> and TortoiseSVN-1.6.8.19260-x64-svn-1.6.11.msi<http://downloads.sourceforge.net/tortoisesvn/TortoiseSVN-1.6.8.19260-x64-svn-1.6.11.msi?download> in Windows Server 2003 standard edition with service pack 2 and window xp. Please assist me how to install. Below is the screen shot.
