Just noticed accessability problem with the last nighty build.

Hello, All.

I have just noticed the tremendous accessability problem with the last
nighty build of TSVN.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the settings for TSVN.
2. You will find your self in a treeview that points to exact pages opened
on activating this item with the controlID=32494.
3. Now try to travel down with the keyboard not using the mouse.
4. Notice that when you are located on the Network page you will not be able
to move forward and the focus is stick on this particular item forever.
5. Press the End Key.
6. You will find yourself on the last item in the treeview.
7. Now try to travel backwards with the up arrow key.
8. Notice that you will not be able to travel higher then the Diff Viewer
item wthout the mouse.

Can someone reproduce this except me?
