Revision numbering of latest nightly installer

Hi peoples,

I downloaded last night's nightly build and the filename as
TortoiseSVN-1.6.99.19400... after I installed I looked in the About
box and that shows 1.6.99.19391. Is there a difference in the scope of
SubWCRev for the installer and the program?
