Icon Overlays Disappear after 1.6.8 Update

Hello,

I've just updated from TortoiseSVN 1.6.7 to 1.6.8 on Windows 7 Professional
64-bit. Icon overlays work perfectly in 1.6.7 but do not work for me at all
in 1.6.8.

Removing 1.6.8 and reinstalling 1.6.7 made them come back.

I noticed the "ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers" in 1.6.7 are "TortoiseAdded"
"TortoiseConflict" etc but in 1.6.8 they are "1TortoiseAdded" (numbers have
been put in front to make them higher priority or something?). I didn't have
time to mess around with the identifiers but I imagine this has something to
do with it. Is this part of the "various adjustments for Windows 7" listed
in the change log?
