Create repository option - add TTB structure

Hi folks,

Since creating a trunk/tags/branches structure within a repository is
such a common requirement, is it worth adding a simple checkbox to the
create repository dialog to automate this on repo creation? No
options, either use the auto method which generates the default
structure (with the English branch names) or do it yourself manually.
