nightly builds

Hi,

Just in case anyone is wondering why the nightly builds for trunk
suddenly are about 5MB smaller than before: I've changed the builds to
now build with VS2010 instead of VS2008 as before.
And that's the reason for the 'missing' 5MB in the msi size :)
