Comments on tortoisesvn.net

Hi Steve,

I was just browsing through tortoisesvn.net and came across [1]. There
is an 'update' section there that refers to 'comments below', but the
comments themselves are not present. Looks kind of weird at the
moment:

"update

After reading the comments below, I think you guys just don't get it
or haven't read the article in full..."
