[Bug] Diffing Word files merges to a new document

Hello,

Diffing Excel and Open Office files works as expected: the changes are merged to
the base file enabling user to review the modifications and simply save the
document.

In case of Word files changes are merged to a new document what requires user to
overwrite the file being compared instead of just saving the changes.

Tested with:

* TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 19208 - 32 Bit -dev, 2010/04/10 23:08:03
* Office Word 2003 (11.8313.8221) SP3
