Thanks for renaming. However, there are 2 small typos in the filename, compared
with the name of installer package:

            V V
TortoiseSVN_1.6.99.19230-dev-win32--LanguageDlls.zip
TortoiseSVN-1.6.99.19230-dev-win32-svn-1.6.10-dev.msi
