For me that displays the local path to my working copy. What I would like to see in addition is the location in the repository. For example I'd like the dialog to look something like this:

Switch:
C:\MyWorkingCopy\
 
To path: /trunk/somepath/
 
Source URL:
http://somesite.com/svn/branches/somebranch/somepath/
 
Destination URL:
http://somesite.com/svn/trunk/somepath/
-------
 
Maybe I should mention that I'm running TortoiseSVN 1.6.99, Build 19099 - 32 Bit -dev, 2010/03/28 18:17:48
