Sure. There is already one in the old tracker, issue #436, but it
could be migrated.

You asked earlier whether this should really be a separate document. I
asked this myself on the list a very long time ago but I don't think
there was much response. There are some reasons in the issue tracker
itself why I think it should be separate. Why do you think they should
be kept together?
