Apparently, if

HKCU/Software/TortoiseOverlays, ShowUnversionedOverlay
HKCU/Software/TortoiseOverlays, ShowIgnoredOverlay

are not set (in the registry of the user!), then these icons are now
dropped, starting with version 1.1.0 of TortoiseOverlays.

This is a very surprising change to be done on a shared component.

This renders both of these icons definitely useless for TortoiseHg.

We used the Unversioned overlay for TortoiseHg in the past (<= version
1.0 of thg) but I removed its use from our stable branch due to problems
with the combination of Windows 7 and TortoiseOverlays <=1.0.15, which
used to drop the Unversioned handler first if TortoiseOverlays detected
an overpopulation of slot handlers.

I first considered trying to go back and try using it again with
TortoiseOverlays 1.1.0, thanks to the new dropping prio order. But if we
have to enable it in the registry for *every user*, then the Unversioned
overlay is now definitely useless for us.

At least, I would suggest to document this in
http://code.google.com/p/tortoisesvn/source/browse/trunk/src/TortoiseOverlays/Documentation.txt
