My only concern here is that the user's priorities may differ from the
developers, for example Stefan would drop Deleted first and I would
drop Unversioned first. But that could be resolved (if necessary) by a
Tortoise app providing some UI so users can set their own priority
order for that app.

Naturally I like my own suggestion about a standalone TortoiseOverlays
UI best ;-)
