Delete and add to ignore list

Hi all,

In a recent thread on the users list, I suggested that the "Delete and
add to ignore list" should be renamed "Unversion and add to ignore
list" to avoid the confusion over whether the local file is deleted.
The alternative is the more cumbersome "Delete (keep local) and add to
ignore list". Fine if you have a super-widescreen monitor ...

Thoughts?
